Enrico Nigiotti
born in 1987, is a singer-songwriter from Livorno. After several notable television appearances and with the support of his long-time manager Adele Di Palma (who has worked with Fabrizio De André, Ivano Fossati, Gianna Nannini, and many others), Enrico Nigiotti composed two songs for the film “La pazza gioia” for the award-winning director Paolo Virzì. In 2017, he participated in the auditions for the eleventh season of X Factor, performing “L’amore è”—a song that immediately reached number one on Spotify’s Viral Italia chart and number two on the Global Viral chart, propelling him to the show’s finale and earning him a platinum certification. Enrico’s lyrics and music have also moved internationally renowned artists, leading to several collaborations.
In 2015, the Livorno-based singer-songwriter opened the Italian dates of Simply Red’s “Big Love Tour,” while in 2018 he opened Laura Pausini’s concert at the Circo Massimo in Rome; he also wrote the song “Le due finestre” for her, included on her new album “Fatti sentire,” which triumphed at the LATIN GRAMMY AWARDS in the “Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album” category . During the same period, he wrote the song “Ho bisogno di te” for Eros Ramazzotti, included on the album “Vita ce n'è.” On September 14, he released his new album “Cenerentola,” preceded by the track “Complici” as a duet with Gianna Nannini, with whom he had already collaborated in 2015 by opening her “Hitalia.Rocks” tour. “Complici” immediately became a radio hit, ranking among the ten most-played songs on the airwaves. In December, the artist held three concerts in Milan (December 3), Livorno (December 5), and Rome (December 10) as a preview of the “Cenerentola Tour,” which will officially kick off in the spring.
