Der junge Inder Rhythm Shaw, geboren 1995, lernte bereits als Zweijähriger bei seinem Vater Gitarre zu spielen. Ebenso beschäftigte sich Rhythm viele Jahre mit dem Perkussionsinstrument Tabla, sodass seine Fähigkeiten an der Rhythmusgitarre und in Polyrhythmik schon sehr früh gefördert und ausgebildet wurden. Das Studium der klassischen Gitarre absolvierte Rhythm am London Trinity College in Kalkutta; dort beschäftigte er sich auch mit Komposition und Jazz.

Als vielseitiger Musiker spielt Rhythm heute sowohl auf der akustischen als auch auf der elektrischen Gitarre, er fühlt sich gleichwohl im Fingerstyle, Jazz, Funk, Rock Fusion und Metal zuhause. Zahlreiche nationale und internationale Wettbewerbe gewann er bereits, mit bekannten Musikern wie Brett Garsed, Anthony Crawford und Andy McKee teilte er die Bühne.
