Info for Here's BoP
“Here’s BoP” is the release of the thrilling live recording of the studio concert by BLECH ohne POESIE – recorded at Bauer Studios.
What began on stage as an intense sonic experiment now unfolds as an immediate listening experience: Arkady Shilkloper, Michael T. Otto and Johannes Bär in a highly virtuosic, cross-genre dialogue. Moving between jazz, free improvisation and surprising arrangements, the result is music that feels both archaic and highly contemporary.
“Here’s BoP” captures the essence of that evening: raw energy, sonic curiosity and the intimate atmosphere of a studio concert. This release now allows you to experience that moment at any time – raw, vibrant and unfiltered.

BLECH ohne POESIE
With BLECH ohne POESIE, three extraordinary brass players have come together for a new sonic adventure: Arkady Shilkloper, Michael T. Otto, and Johannes Bär. All three are internationally renowned jazz musicians and versatile multi-instrumentalists who navigate the spaces between jazz, folk music, and free improvisation. Their shared language is sound—powerful, experimental, and always in search of new forms of expression. The brass trio performs primarily original compositions, complemented by distinctive arrangements of traditional folk songs. The result is music that is at once virtuosic and full of humor. BLECH ohne POESIE is a trio unbound by genre boundaries, driven by a sheer joy of playing, curiosity, and a deep musical bond.
