Orquesta Moderna is a large-scale big band that brings together some of the most outstanding musicians in the national jazz scene in a project that redefines the language of the genre from a deeply Mexican and Latin American perspective. A multiple Latin Grammy nominee and recognized as one of the most important arrangers on the Mexican music scene, Serrano creates a space where jazz tradition engages with new sounds, colors, and musical roots.
