‘Inercia’ is the debut album of the pianist Raimundo Barría, where he expresses all his creativity and search for a classical and old school sound, but at the same time new and current. The work is made up of trio compositions, where melodic and improvisational freedom can be appreciated, always maintaining an agile dialogue with the other instruments, and other quintet themes with trumpet and saxophone, achieving solid and contagious melodies that remind us of classic jazz standards, always maintaining a freshness and richness in the language of the soloists.
