Northern Spy Records and Bob Holmes, member of SUSS and host of the Ambient Country Podcast, have created Across the Horizon with the goal of emulating the kind of discovery that happens when artists sit down to chat about their influences. For Vo. 1 of the series, eight innovators from the wide landscape of instrumental music have been invited to act as curators, each selecting two other artists to submit original music alongside their own contributions.
