Avant Piano Trio
Described by Jacqueline Ross (Guildhall School of Music and Drama) as an ensemble characterised by its intensely
expressive and passionate music making, the Avant Piano Trio is particularly focussed on the philological and
authentic performance of works from the 18th to the 20th centuries, and on discovering and commissioning living
composers. Founded in 2017, the trio has performed for Comporre Oggi and at I Giardini Filarmonica Romana. It
was selected for the Trondheim Chamber Music Academy and toured India for masterclasses and concerts. It has
participated in many other festivals and concert series in the UK and in Italy.
