Info zu The Night
During his elementary studies, he participated successfully in several competitions and concerts. He continued his secondary education at the Szent István Király Music Secondary School. A special highlight for him was participating in the concert series titled “The Steinway is Yours,” where he was chosen as the student who did not need to audition in piano, thus securing a direct path to begin his studies. During his high school years, he participated in the National Chamber Music Competition in Szeged, where he and his ensemble won third place. In the year of his university entrance exams, he also achieved third place at the Danubia Talents International Competition.
In 2021, he was admitted to the BA program in classical piano at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music, studying under Fülöp Ránki and István Gulyás. Over the course of the three years, he achieved success in several competitions, including 2nd prize at the 2022 Orbetello Junior Piano Competition, 2nd prize and a special award for the best performance of a Debussy piece at the 2022 Vitezslav Novák Competition, and 1st prize at the 2023 Subotica International Piano Competition. In 2024, he graduated from the BA program. At the same time, he was accepted into the master's program at the Liszt Academy, studying with László Borbély and Fülöp Ránki.
In the first year of his MA studies, he performed at the Hungarian Academy in Rome and was invited to take part in the concert titled “Written 100 Years Ago,” where he had the opportunity to perform Enescu’s grand F-sharp minor Sonata in the Solti Hall. In March 2025, he received a special prize at the Ankara International Piano Competition, and in November he gave a highly successful half-evening concert in the Solti Hall.
He also participated in masterclasses with Barnabás Kelemen, Kenji Watanabe, Pasqual Ianonne, Frédérique Lagarde and William Grant Naboré.
He teaches at the Ernő Dohnányi Music School in Budapest.
