Toshi is the debut album of Netherlands-based composer Bunraku. The 11-track opus magnum, which translates to ‘City’, is Bunraku musing over Tokyo’s brightly illuminated districts. Tying together elements of ambient - and neo-classical music, Bunraku elevates these genres into a crystalline tapestry of rose pettled goodness.
