Ich möchte die allererste Aufnahme meines Trios auf Cellar Live vorstellen! Ich bin sehr stolz, von den überragenden Talenten Chris Byars am Tenorsaxophon und Jason Tiemann am Schlagzeug begleitet zu werden. Wir spielen Originalmusik, die ich in den letzten 30 Jahren geschrieben habe, hauptsächlich Kontrapunkte zu klassischen amerikanischen Standardsongs. Als akkordloses Trio haben wir die Möglichkeit, frei zu sein und Kontrapunkt und Rhythmus zu nutzen, um unseren Klang und unsere Vision zu kreieren. Wir hoffen aufrichtig, dass Ihnen unsere musikalischen Gespräche gefallen.

Neal Miner Trio
Since early 2024 I have been leading a trio featuring Chris Byars on tenor saxophone and Jason Tiemann on drums. This trio offers an open sound, focusing on counterpoint, rhythm and communication, performing original compositions of mine the past 30+ years. We play monthly at clubs such as Mezzrow and The Django. Our debut recording on Cellar Music will be released on September 5th of this year.
