Recently nominated as Group/Duo of The Year for the 2026 Toyota Golden Guitar Awards, this ARIA-nominated, three-time Golden Guitar-winning duo return with another compelling collection of songs. Blending together Blues, Roots, Folk, and Country, Everything Around You finds Felicity and Josh charting a course towards connection, resilience, and joy.

An album born from their reflections on the wonder and the struggle of everything around us, these new songs are an appeal to hold onto the hope we have, and to reach out for the hope we lack. Produced by Felicity, Josh, and Matt Fell, the album was recorded across multiple studios – Birdsong Studio (Central Coast), Wilder Studio(TAS), and Fireswamp Studio (Blue Mountains).

Following recent chart-topping singles Joy Roller and I Want You, the duo today share another standout track from the forthcoming album. The new single, Lifeline, is a Retro Country/Soul ballad which “highlights the necessity of love and human connection to keep us from going under,” says Josh.

Since forging a partnership in music and life in 2020, Felicity Urquhart & Josh Cunningham have become a powerhouse duo in the Australian folk and country music scene. Drawing on decades of their own music successes (Josh as a member of The Waifs, and Felicity as a Country artist and media personality), the duo has captivated audiences with their masterful songwriting, impeccable musicianship, and undeniable chemistry both in the studio and on stage.

Felicity and Josh’s 2021 debut album, The Song Club, was met with critical acclaim, securing a #1 spot on the ARIA Australian Country Album Chart, an ARIA nomination, four CMAA Golden Guitar nominations, and the AIR Award for Best Independent Country Album.

Follow-up album, Birdsong, earned six CMAA Golden Guitar nominations, and took home three wins including Traditional Country Album of the Year. Their coinciding Birdsong Tour delighted fans across all Australian states and territories, with 16 sold-out shows and numerous festival appearances – including Woodford Folk Festival, The National Folk Festival, Groundwater Country Music Festival, Gympie Muster and more.

Felicity and Josh’s third studio album, Everything Around You, is set to release on 6 March 2026, and will continue their journey of heartfelt storytelling, delving into themes of resilience, hope, and joy.
