Biographie Amelia Warner

Amelia Warner
is a British Neo-classical composer and recording artist known for her richly emotional compositions and her ability to tell stories without words.

One of the UK’s most celebrated contemporary composers, her score for Young Woman and the Sea (2024), produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and starring Daisy Ridley, earned widespread acclaim and a place on the Academy Awards shortlist for Best Original Score. Warner was named Breakthrough Composer of the Year by the International Film Music Critics Association and has received nominations from the World Soundtrack Awards, Hollywood Music in Media Awards and ASCAP Composers’ Choice Awards.

Bringing the same cinematic sensibility to her own recordings, Warner creates intimate and evocative music that blends orchestral textures with electronics and layered vocals.
